Lately I work out a little bit. My internist suggested me to exercise 15 minutes a day when i got better. I think i am getting better so I have started to do it two days ago. Before I started, I browsed a little bit to know what to do. Not also wanting to be healthy, I wanna get thinner too. Hehehe. I do diet, a little calisthenics, and some work out. My physiology lecturer gave me some advice too.
First, for breakfast i eat fruits because it can resist hunger more. Then, I walk in the morning or afternoon for at least one hour. I park my car a little far from the usual (so I can walk), I don't use the AC in my room for long so I can sweat. Just little things yet so matter.
The web i read said that in order to be more fun and not lonely when we're jogging or walking, we can bring our mp3 player
I actually have gotten used to walk alone, yet I still bring it. I usually replay Nothing in My Way by Keane.
